I'm running 10.8.2 and use Chrome. For a while, I also had Canary installed (for issues related to printing). I no longer need Canary and if I don't use programs, I generally uninstall them.... So I did that with Canary ... or so I thought.
In Applications, I have ONE icon. It is the standard, multi-colored Chrome icon. I launch standard Chrome and the regular icon shows up in the dock. If I click the same icon in Applications when Chrome is already open, Canary opens ! It's icon is added to the dock.
In Safari, Preferences, under "Default web browser", it lists Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Canary as available browsers.
How do I uninstall Canary ?
