Hopper will not go past step 3

I looked thru that and does not really have anything on being stuck in the install wizard we have been waiting now 45 after the last hard power reset and still stuck.

Someone posted about forcing a manual download.

How does that work?

Did he do a reset to factory defaults?

Once when the box was first power up but not after unplugging.

He has left to pickup another hopper.

I should say this is a 2 hop 2 Joey install joeys are still in the box and the first hopper came up fine.

Yea my tech learned that today as one of my hoppers would not progress and he saw that it was not at factory default

Must of been a bad hopper as the replacement came up just fine.
