Usually they just get soft-deleted, as in staff can view and manage the post, and it leaves the marker of the deleted post. A few of us have "hard-delete" powers, and this one probably inadvertently got hard-deleted.
It was just a minor clean up in Aisle 3. Nothing to get excited about. Even though it was kind of funny.
You haven't lost much if anything at all.
If the first sentence starts with "you must be f***ing kidding me" with full spelling, you'd probably not even read it...
