New to the PC part of FTA. Does the PCi card do same work as box units?
What is the best PC card out there?
 
Are these USB units Unix/Posix Compatible?

For Linux a few information sources might be the MythTv , Linuxtv, and Video4Linux websites. If there is any work going on to support USB based receivers these are the places to look at that I know of.

For Mac I have not yet heard of software that supports any DVB-S receiver. If you know of any I would love to know about them as Mac OSX is my OS of choice.
