Is THIS tv comming to WROC 8-2 Rochester NY?

Is THIS tv coming to WROC DT 8-2 in Rochester NY? I tried emailing THIS tv, but their web site comes back with an error. One one of the WIKI's it mentions comming 2010. Can anyone confirm this and have a better ETA?
