Anyone know if Wilt is on Vacation.

I have sent several emails over the last 2 weeks regarding my refund and no response.

Thanks!
 
I was wonderiing the same thing, I sent him an email for a billing issue and no reply.

I found it strange to have him this quiet especially with the new software rolling out.

Hopefully if he is out he is somewhere nice with his feet up and someone is bringing him tropical drinks to enjoy. :)

Well since I'm too stupid to figure out how to E-mail Wilt (who seem's to be the Voom God around here) directly I'll try this:

Having a direct (not so-called) rep. from "thee" Co "VOOM" here is invaluable to said Co.s succsess. I don't know what position Wilt holds there, but I hope whoever matters knows how important this can be.

So my couple of Q's are: I noticed LED disp. #s behind the smoked plastic on the front of the reciver. How about getting these things working ?
Channel indicators ?????
& has there been acctual talking with Replay for their support ? if not why & when & times for sci-fi, HGTV, talks for them?

These 2 issues are requiring me & others to keep a $40/ month D*

And how about when that guide button will start @ last channel viewed instead of square 1 every time.

1) Voom will be releasing their DVR soon
2) Voom is working VERY hard on getting SCI-FI and HGTV. VERY, VERY HARD.
3) Guide starting on the channel you're currently on was fixed with the 6.10
release.

Thanks for the info Robert. I have 610 , I think my STB came with it, but my guide starts a the begining & I don't have the transparent banners.

I keep my box on always but it has been unplugged once.

1. It was decided, as with most Sat boxes, not to have LED display of
numbers.
2. I know Replay has been approached, I've even done it on the cable side,
but I don't think there's been any movement or development activities along
those lines.
3. Talks with those channels are going on, I have no idea of dates or
issues, but obviously we're not trying to leave anyone out.
4. The latest software update, 6.01, fixes the on channel issue with the
guide.

The latest SW update did NOT fix the channel on guide issue. Only if you press Voom + OK. If you access the guide by pressing fav (as most people that don't have vavavoom probably do), it starts at 100.

It only arrives on-channel in "All Channels".

The latest SW update did NOT fix the channel on guide issue. Only if
you press Voom + OK. If you access the guide by pressing fav (as most
people that don't have vavavoom probably do), it starts at 100.
