Just got a message on Sci-fi via analog

4dtv would be a nice gift for any big dish user, ask Santa

Can anyone confirm if Sci-fi is now available on 4DTV? What satellite?
I'm considering going with a BUD (ex-Directv and digital cable user) for the excellent picture quailty, and Sci-fi is my favorite channel.

The message is for Cable operators and MSO's.
The analog signal is supposed to remain for at least another year.
Start saving up for a 4DTV.

Note: This might not apply if you are NOT using NPS or SRL as your provider.

It is already there in analog, and if the analog goes away it is on Galaxy 1R in DCII.

I don't remember seeing the G1R feed on my 922. Is the digital feed available to home users yet? Sci-fi being available digitally would definitely make one of the R5000HD mod's more enticing.

They would only map it in when the analog goes, well thats what I heard anyway.
