If you think about it your deal is pretty good. Free dish install, free multi-switch, free lines for 2 DVR's and 1 receiver, and 300 bucks for 1 SD DVR, 1 HD DVR and 1 HD receiver. Not bad at all. The 199 is a discounted price for the HD DVR so its not bad at all.
