Gotta give props to Redbox for customer service. I rented Gangster Squad from work earlier today. When I stopped by the kiosk on my way home about 30mins ago the screen was wiggin out. Well, first idea was just drive to another and try and get my money back later, but I said what the hell and called the 800 number. Got an English speaking CSR at 17:00 on Sunday within 5 mins, not bad!!! He noted the machine being down and then added 2 free movie credits to my account, one for the movie and one for my hassle. Drove to another kiosk close by, picked the movie, then "Use Credit" and finally swiped my card. Bam, 2 credits waiting on me. Awesome service Redbox!
