THX is the new kid on the block in this realm, but they are pushing to improve the quality, which is great. The list will be updated as more guys take the course. If it was my money, Id shoot for a guy who was both ISF and THX, but since THX is more stringent, I'd make sure THX was at least one of them.
It's good to see them getting involved, because to be honest, its not hard to become "ISF certified".
