Local channels digitizing

Anyone having issues with locals digitizing? Been doing it for 2 days. National channels are fine.

Do you mean pixelating? Breaking up, and freezing?

My local Fox station does it but have not noticed it with any other channel. My locals are from Fort Smith, Arkansas.
