Wasn't a tentative schedule posted at one time of the general timelines of HD locals being up for each city?

If so, can someone direct me to it? I'm in the Tallahassee, FL area.

i thinik that sticky is the best you are going to get, as E* is not really releasing dates of when they are doing things
