Has anyone lost FNS (ch360) since they upgraded it to HD. My screen shows, "Searching for satellite signal", and I do not have the regular channel 360 even in my menu. DTV's technical assistant says that it is a conflict between their broadcast and the software in my HR21 and the they are, "Working on it. If they are, they sure are being slow. Mine has been out several days. I get all the other channels fine and a forced software update did not help.

I've not had even one problem with it. Perhaps it is a bad receiver, or a bad BBC?

No problems here. I have an HR21 as well, and have had no loss or other issues with that channel.

go to menu>......setup>system setup>display>guide HD channels>show SD duplicates
in order to see Fox News in standard definition until Directv fixes your issues.
