LyngSat::Free TV Channels from United States !?

I was browsing around on Lyngsat where I came across this page: http://www.lyngsat.se/freetv/United-States.html?PHPSESSID=753967c39e2fe696bb61a673245ed8e5

The title reads " free .... from US" but if I look down the list, it is pointing to many birds that are not even visible from US. so, that made me kinda confused but I did find a few channels that I didn't know about or maybe my dish has probably been not large enough to capture the signal. I guess I need to motorize my 1m after all

I think the refer to programs that originate from the US not necessarily picked up in the United States.

I think that's for the channels originating from the US

not necessarily for the actual sattelites the U.S. can see.

That is for channels that originate in the US....and not the satellites you can pick up from the US
