I still have no HD version, just SD

I have the vod channel but nothing else

Dish Movie pack and it has it's own packge called MGM+

292 is only available in SD. That is MGM+ Drive In. That channel, to my knowledge, has never been in HD on Dish, even when it was an EPIX channel.

The other 3 MGM+ channels that Dish offers - MGM+ (380), MGM+ Hits (381), and MGM+ Marquee (382) are all in HD. They are all on the 110 satellite now.
