It's for regular games starting April 17th against the Reds. But I made a mistake and it's only for areas around New York etc.

No, i will take guess and say that they will make special circumstance of this and shorten the season to say 148 or 154 games.

Usually when they decide on Tommy John, or any other Major surgery, its done quite quickly. ( a few days .... unless they want to see if swelling goes down before making the call.) (Not Sales case)
But isn't that elective surgery? And all elective surgeries are put on hold for now.
