Ahh, the advantage of having an account that I can shut down any time I want to by just not paying the next bill. And later on just pay it to restart service if I change my mind...
Fubo is doing that because they have a high churn rate and barely any subscribers, roughly 500,000.
YTTV and Hulu Live do not have that problem, in their short Lifespan, they both have over 4 million subs each now and not a high churn rate, people that sub to them usually stick with them.
Also, Fubo is largely sports centered and not that many people care, it shows Dish may have been right about getting rid of the RSNs, YTTV and Hulu do not carry them either and they are the only Live TV services ( Traditional and OTT) that are gaining in subs
I don't expect Dish will do anything like that with our "Outdoors" account. Requiring more than a one month commitment would defeat the whole purpose of the plan.
