I have a motex sg2100. When I go into the menu on my cs5k on the motor settings. There is MOVE and FINE MOVE . How far does the dish move when you use these buttons?

Do you mean under disec1.2? I have the same motor and a csk5000. I believe under disec1.2 MOVE means it moves some way and FINE MOVE is just a little. I could be wrong since I use usals.

Yes under diseqc 1.2. You can move it east and west but I do how far it moves. is it like 2 degrees ?

Fine move probably moves it 1 step. The diseqc cmd that's being sent just specifies how many steps you want to move it, not degree's

To know exactly how many steps you'd have to use a dso to look at the 22khz bursts.
