My VIP622 Arrived Tonight

Just received a VIP622 care package from the UPS truck this evening. It also was shipped 2nd day air. I entered in the tracking info and here is what I got ...

The UPS delivery person said he delivered three of these today. I am scheduled for a 2/21 installation so I called Dish Tech and they couldn't give me an earlier date. The tech person suggested I call back tomorrow, during the day, and they might have better luck rescheduling.

they more than likely told you to call back because your local install office was already closed for the day when you called. CSRs are unable to reschedule work orders to sooner dates when shipped receivers are involved without special permission from the install office.

I am in the same boat as ya'll had my 622 since yesterday morning but can't get the install date pushed up

All the 622 reciever packages so far have said 17lbs.
