MySports from DIRECTV Changes the Game with More Flexibility and Choice for Die-Hard Sports Fans

It is too much, but I also believe YTTV is also, based on the lack of new scripted content you now receive via paid Live TV.

Which is not the fault of YTTV, but the broadcasters, who now put the majority of new content ( both what is on Paid Live TV and the exclusives) on streaming services.

In the DIRECTV world they think a $70 package is almost free. 🤣
That is pretty accurate description of DirecTV.

I just counted the channels available, only 27 are Broadcast/ Cable Channels, the other 13 are free Pluto TV type channels, basically worthless.

If ESPN Streaming is available at $20-25 a month, then Peacock at $13 ( unless you have a deal), Paramount+ at $10, MAX at $16-23

That is only $59-71, you would get the majority of content on those 27 channels ( except Fox's), plus you receive a lot more content in the streaming exclusives and HBO.

D* is adding more lower-cost bundles: DIRECTV STREAM Launches A $34.99 a Month TV Package With 40 TV Channels Along With Free Disney+, Hulu, & Max | Cord Cutters News

Not sure if they are actually a good value or not at this point.
MyEntertainment at $35 a month, seems a good deal, it is almost the same package as Philo, but with the news channels and the with commercials MAX, Hulu and Disney plans.

MyNews is way overpriced at $40, you get all those News Stations in the MyEntertainment pack, the only difference is it adds Fox/NBC local stations, but none of the entertainment channels.

If they had the News Stations, but no locals, $20 or under, I would already have subscribed.

I was shocked by the MyNews price too- I thought that was awful high for news alone. With MAX, Hulu and Disney+ included I'd say the MyEntertainment is a good value. Adding ESPN+ to MySports was a nice addition too. I'm most likely going to go that route before football begins.
