Need DIRT help!

Would a DIRT member please PM me when you see this. I am getting Error 866 with all three EHDs which used to work on my 722 and I really don't want to loose the content. Thanks.

Don't see one on at the moment. Meanwhile if you have not yet, unplug the receiver wait a few seconds and plug it back in with no EHD connected forcing a hard reset. If that does not do it ask a CSR for a refresh of your account.
