Need help with specs to get the right HDMI Splitter . . .

We have a gameroom/familyroom,
Multiple gaming systems and joey.
All systems connect into/via a monoprice 4k 6inx2out hdmi selector.
out-1 is used for gameroom,
out-2 is used for patio projector for BackYard DriveIn.
Works as expected,
Any input to either or both outputs.
