Network feeds

Are network feeds in the clear or scrambled? C or KU band? I would like to watch hawaii locals is that possible or are they spotbeamed just to the islands? Thanks

The only networks are on G16 (G4) C-Band (all 4) and the KU stuff on G10 (also Fox on AMC4). Nothing from Hawaii
