Both my Son and I have DTV's HR20, HD DVRs, (different locations) and both had to be reset before use today. Neither one would turn on, no response to front buttons or the remotes. I was curious to see if anyone else in the D.C. Northern Virginia area had a similar circumstance?

My wife got home and couldn't get ours to turn on. It did so after she unplugged and let sit. We live in DC area (Germantown, MD).

There is a rolling software release going on now for HR20-700. I've seen releases lock up a box before, a reboot should get it up and running.

I live in Oregon, had same problem this evening. Had to unplugHR-20 to get it to reset.
