I tried calling the old DIRECTV Retention phone number and it was disconnected. Anyone happen to have the new DIRECTV Retention phone #?

any minute now direct will make you buy/lease a prepaid phone card to call in and you need to make an appointment. but first you will need to lease the phone card itself for an upfront fee of 499.00
