Problems with TheList aren't DISH's problem. This thread would be much more appropriate in the SatelliteGuys Operations Center forum.

Then you should have reported it. Posting in the thread "this would be much better in _____________________ forum" doesn't usually get the job done. There is "report" button on each post (except your own) that you can report a post or thread and why you are reporting it.
