DirecTV had a problem with its "backhaul" locals were down in several cities including NY, Dallas, Kansas City and San Diego. Outage lasted about 45 minutes.
It appears that outages are back in some cities this morning. D* may still be working out the problems. Yeah it sucks but this is a pretty rare occurance.
