On Hold Too Long :(

I'm wanting to upgrade my 811 for a 622 and one of the new metalic pkgs. I've been on hold (with no music) for a half hour. Is that normal? Or do you think I in never never land?

I ended up calling back and got right through. Upgrade went smooth.

Ask for technical support. I've always gotten through quickly to them and they know a lot more than the regular csr's.
