OTA NBC (Dallas, TX) loud buzz?

While watching Hawaii on HD OTA NBC out of Dallas, TX tonight, I had 2 occurances of a loud buzz. The noise did not appear to be superimposed over the soundtrack but rather it replaced it. Switching the channel both times resolved the issue.

Given the nature of the problem, I don't know if this was "transmitted" or if it was related to the 811. (or even if it was originating from my receiver). Since changing the channel resolved it, I suppose it's 811 related (but I suppose that still doesn't rule out receiver-related).

Did anyone else notice this while watching Hawaii on NBC (Dallas)?

I was watching Law & Order on NBC HD OTA in D/FW last night and for a few seconds, the sound/voices were "garbled". It cleared up quickly, but did it a few times last night. Could have been problems with KXAS digital transmission. I'll see if it happens again tonight.
