playback skip interval and .ps record

In the DVR set up menu there are 2 options that I need help with

playback skip interval I know you can press a button and it skips that far ahead (like my Directv DVR does).....But what button on the remote lets you do that? I know on the Manhattan there is a button that is skip ahead and looks like this

What button on the MicroHD lets you do that? Havent found it yet

and the other one...what exactly does ".ps record" mean?

.ps (MPEG Program Stream) -> One channel and the pids needed for that channel.
.ts (MPEG Transport Stream) -> Multiple channels and all the pids in the mux.
