Hi @Scott Greczkowski, I would suggest adding the following addons to enhance the forums, especially on the front page so usernames will show in colors for each usergroup.

http://xenforo.com/community/resources/s9e-media-bbcodes-pack.2476/ - people can post videos from most social media sites such as comedy central, espn and many more, I think this would be useful. The addon is kept up to date.
http://xenforo.com/community/resources/unread-post-count.1855/ - This will help people keep up with the boards, I am sure many of your members will enjoy this feature.
http://xenforo.com/community/resources/auto-link-titles-with-snapshot-preview-free.3103/ - I think this is a feature you had over on the vBulletin software, a simple script incase members are leaving satelliteguys for other sites, its useful.
Lastly, I would suggest doing something like this: http://www.tbgclan.com/

I think it would be good to have a Recent post for Directv - Dishnetwork - Sports - Pub Members and Grille and other forums that have a high activity.
These are just suggestions, I don't expect all of them to be implemented.
