Ditto on Tim Gunn. I can sort of tell when it's not weather-related because there is accompanying "breakup" sound (beep-buzz-bop ). PITA, but I've come to expect it lately on certain channels (some of my locals in NYC as well).

Recorded and watched the re-broadcast of Chuck last night on Bravo. No problems, picture and sound were great in HD.
