pub account status text and background

The notifier about my pub account status has popped up and the background color is way to dark, its that shade of midnight blue that is used on the site thats almost black and the text in the window cant be seen.

I have been trying to find where to fix this.

Excellent and good move, this way no one will miss it when it shows up on they're computer. The window is completely gone now and its on a white background, thanks Scott.
