Can a Joey be moved between 2 tv's as long as there is a satellite feed available on each tv or are they somehow "married" to one location only?

You might mention it, but all that needs to happen is that both coaxes go back to a standard splitter and then the single from that splitter goes to the node. The open coax should be terminated when not in use. You do this with a coaxial terminator and an F barrel connector at the end of the coax in the room that will be left without a Joey.

It's not officially supported by DISH but you could get the DISH wireless USB dongle and use the Joeys wirelessly and move them at will.
