Quoting posts in PMs

At one time, we used to be able to quote a post in a PM. Is that ability still here and I'm just not seeing it?, or did it get lost with the recent upgrades?

When you see my post, click on my username (upper-left corner of the post) and you should see "Quote this post in a PM".

That's what I used to see. Now I don't

I also don't see any account settings where that can be turned on/off...

Try it now.

There was an update for the plugin which wiped out the usergroup settings which have now been restored.
