any chance it displays the subtitles on OTA and north-american satellite channels?
FWIW, the GT Media V9 Prime can display subtitles on, for example, Positiv TV and Merit Street tps on 123W C-band when I checked.any chance it displays the subtitles on OTA and north-american satellite channels?
Cn, try tuning in at 101 W* for closed captions on Jewelry TV Freq, 4.140 GHz,
Have you tried your V9 on that, or is that not hooked up now?Ok I tuned to JTV but couldn't find any captioning.

I remember way back in 2012 when Brian brought out the MicroHD receiver. It being capable of showing CC on satellite channels was a REAL BIG deal! There were posts from him explaining that it's not an easy thing to pull off.The V9 does CC on PBS on 99. I'm thinking the GTX isn't currently capable of CC.

I'm guessing ATSC is 1.0 and not 3.0? Also what did you change from your initial scan to receive UHF channels?
I'd report that to the company, and see if they can fix it.For UHF I had to add the frequencies manually; it only auto-scans VHF for some reason
