Very sad to hear, but I guess she's had health problems for some time. Never heard a bad word said about her, in fact she was known to be a great person. I'm the same age, and she was the dream girl for us younger teens in the 50's. After school it was Annette and American Bandstand. Great time to grow up in this country.

annettte and the mickey mouse club when i was a kid and bandstand when i was in junior high. can still remember it being on every afternoon from philly (bandstand). those were the days! and don't forget captain kangaroo before school!
