I just finished El Padrino, level 1. Almost done with level 2 of consigliere, still need levels 2 and 3 of Cuba and 2 and 3 of under-boss and boss. Can't decide how I want to proceed. I level faster (and get more energy) in Cuba, since the payoffs are better. But I want to finish the NY tiers too. Tough problems to have.

He isn't even close to the top on my family. I have all my top family at 11 or higher better yields.

I can't add any more friends to my mafia at the moment.I get an error message when I select somebody saying I added zero ! Anyone else.Is it due to their system maintenance ?

it means you have exceeded the daily limit, youll be able to add more tomorrow.

I have always had a mixed approach to top mafia; with one or two exceptions, I have always tried to actually have the people I actually know (SatGuys count in that) in positions, but I made sure everyone was level 100 or higher. I have a few SBG friends in positions, as their levels are so crazy high it would be foolish not to have them there. It also helps that several of my "real" friends are also SBG members.

I just was looking at my stats -- 168 points away from level 160. Amazing, how quickly I have been moving up lately. I level every day, but only because I fight out all stamina at least 2x per day.
