I'm using a Traxis DBS3500 with an 8 foot Channel Master SMC dish. It's strong enough that a 1 meter offset dish should receive it well in my location.
I can get it tonight, only on my Viewsat(Traxis is not connected), seems little weak though.
Nothing on the Diamond 9000HD, I think the tuner's Min. Scan Rate is 2000.

I've got nearly an 80 quality on the Traxis, which is pretty hot. It doesn't list the beam for that particular frequency on Lyngsat but if it's the same beam as some of the others (KU2) you are only about 1 dbw less than my area...maybe there are other beams being used.
