Screensaver problem

I have a problem that when watching a program the it goes off and the screensaver pops up like it's been inactive for a long time. I've been through the menu trying to find a setting to change this. If anyone can tell me how to adjust this I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Hopper Duo. Seems as though the problem has cleared itself up. It has been foing okay since this morning.

Started again, done on-line chat and phone call neither solved the problem. Rep on line said it was my tv and he didn't care anyway. This has made up my mind to drop Dish when my contract expires.

Try this.

Press the home button twice.
Select Power.
go to inactivity time out.
Set to the length of time desired.
Back, Back, Back.

This was done with an H3 but hopefully the duo is similar.

Better yet, set that Inactivity Timeout to Off. I have had all of my receivers set that way throughout my 27 years with Dish. While it says not recommended it just doesn't matter.
