SG2100 dish motor Backlash

I have used a SG2100 for about 9 months, started losing channels over about a three week time frame, lost all but one satellite and then all but the strongest TP on that bird. Found backlash in the motor, took the motor off, and aligned dish to AMC3. Everthing looks good without the motor. Has anyone had trouble with the gears wearing and causing the dish to not position correctly?

Had mine for around 3 years and still works PERFECT! Have installed LOADS of them and never had a problem, NEVER! If you want to talk MAJOR backlash then some of the other motors out there are almost unusable (IMO)
