I'm new to DirecTV and am very used to DISH's DVR's. I have a R-15 300. My question is this. Let's say I want to record the 10:00 showing of The O'Reilly Factor. This program airs at 7:00, 10:00 and then 3:00am. I only want to record the 10:00 showing Monday thru Friday. When I click on "record new showings only" it will record all three showings every night. It also does this while trying to record similar programs on The Discovery channel and others that air the same program 2 or 3 times a night. Is there a way that I am not aware of to record only one showing per night? Thanks

This happens to me with "The Tonight Show". Don't know why but sometimes it does.
