I recently ordered a TiVo Lux remote from weaknees.com and got the wrong remote in the mail so I called their customer service. Asking a few BASIC questions the ONLY GUY who answers the phone starts scolding me. But anyways he gives me the information in order to do an exchange and I fill it out. I get a tracking number and two days later, my USPS app STILL STATES "Pre-Shipment". I went to the post office and checked it out and they looked at he stated they haven't received the package yet. So I call WeaKnees again, and I wasn't making any accusations, but simply asking questions, and I get scolded again! He insisted he already shipped it out. But come on, if he couldn't send it out immediately, I would have understood, but he could BE HONEST about it and have a BETTER TONE. I read some reviews of the company. Many of the reviews are great, but some others mention how rude their customer service was. I don't think I'll ever do business with them again.
