This is the newest addition to the Sirius hardware line up and first satellite radio receiver with Mp3 capabilities. I am still not sure when this product will show up in the retailers, but I have heard that Wal-Mart employees have already received training on this unit.

I don't know about the battery and not too much on the antenna. But here is a picture of one antenna for the ReGo. I assume that this unit will have home and car kits that will use the currently available antennas.
