TimeTrax is dead.....

Well last week my timetrax is dead. It totally locks my computer up and I cannot do anything.... I uninstalled and cleaned the reg and reinstalled. Still no go. Thanks timetrax for nothing.... Is anyone else having these issues? Thanks
