While watching my TV last night I noticed a 3 or 4 inch triangular prism image in the middle of the screen. I thought maybe convergence but the TOUCH FOCUS procedure had no effect. 
Changed channels but it was always there with varying brightness depending on the scene brightness.
Anyone ever encounter this problem before? Thanks.
