TURBO HD PACKAGES FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS

I have a few questions. When will the Turbo HD packages be available to exisitng customers? And if you get ONLY the turbo HD packages, which one do you need in order to get your local RSN? Or can you only get the HD games if you get the Turbo HD packages ONLY? And what about the multi-sports? Can you get that when you get the Turbo HD packages ONLY?
