Let the Eastern Arc roll out, at long last be completed, on whatever space junk Dish has floating around the heavens. And let Dish begin making available the national HD channels they have planed to reach 150 by EOY before I lose interest in satellite TV altogether.

and I would expect to see any new launches from those channels end up on Dish at launch.

In fact, I'm baffled at why ESPNU-HD is not on Dish - perhaps Scott has a thought on that?

I would like to remain an E* customer and wish they would talk about their Alaska plans, and just because new channels are going on 110 doesn't mean Alaska will get them. If I knew they had a plan and a general number of channels I would cancel my D* install today, but right now it's just a guessing game. If I go with the D* install I get all of their HD channels, with E* I may get the channels soon.

This comment may be on point. It's possible that some ESPNU coverage would be conflicting with GamePlan with regard to college football games. It may also be the case that ESPNU will come with an early Dec. group Hd launch. I'm hoping the new VS. and Golf HD channels will light up when they're available, which I believe is Dec. 8.

Perhaps more HD LiL expansion from E12? TPs 19, 21, and 23 are also spot TPs, but until now have been CONUS. Perhaps they will move the channels on these (TP 23 was already on of the ones cleared), and, along with TP 17, fire these up.

Or culd be HD space like you and Scott say. What goes on 110 needs to go on the EA. Perhaps the will put it on 61.5 for the EA mirror.
