I wonder what PBS stations will do to replace it? The only other noncommercial Spanish language service I am aware of is HITN ( www.hitn.org ). I suspect that many PBS stations, unless they already have a separate Kids channel, are likely to use the empty slot to carry the new PBS Kids 24/7 channel. However, I personally wish they'd consider adding at least 12 hours a day of either the World Channel or MHz WorldView.
It would be great if more PBS stations would pick up FNX (fnx.org) even if for a 12 hour time slot.
I asked my local V-Me affiliate, WFYI and they said their V-Me subchannel change (to something else?) will take place in March. They also said more details would be forthcoming.
