After sinking down the rankings in recent months, Verizon has regained the top spot in Netflix's monthly rankings of ISPs with the best streaming video performance. According to Netflix's latest blog post and the company's full ISP rankings, Verizon now delivers an average speed of 3.75 Mbps, up from 3.64 Mbps and second place last month. Among major ISPs that's followed by Cox (3.72 Mbps), Cablevision (3.69 Mbps), Bright House (3.67 Mbps) and Time Warner Cable (3.59 Mbps).
